So, with the Fenton hire, now the real work begins for the Wild. And the question I am wondering about (not enough time to go back and look right now) is how well had Nashville done in trades and how much of that was because of Fenton. Trades are pretty much the only way this team (and the culture) and be changed around right now. That is solely on Leipold shoulders now, since he said the Wild are not rebuilding. Well, I guess Fenton's shoulders really, but its because of what Leipold said.

From what I have been reading about Fenton, he has played a pretty significant role in the Preds drafting over the years, so that is a positive that hopefully he carries with him here in Minnesota.
